Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings December 22, beginning at 6:12 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
The listing of matters, are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law

Session began at 6:12. Unanimous approval of November 8 minutes.
HEARINGS
Open Hearings began at 6:13 PM
NOI- Submitted by John and Linda Balicki of 28 Ona Road. Applicants seeks to construct an addition to a single family home. Construction will be within the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. The addition will use the footprint of the present deck and move the deck to the south side of the house. Presentation by the Balickis to explain the project as described in the NOI. (Boat house and wall repair to be as a separate RDA at a later time.) Members of Conservation Commission listed no major concerns if construction adheres to project as presented. However, contractor needs to place straw waddle between construction and water level. Shrubs must be planted along water bank at termination of project to prevent erosion.
Request approved 3-0
At end of project, they must return for Certificate of Compliance.
